Our prices, always great value, vary depending on time of year and day's of the week and are on a per person per night basis including breakfast and taxes. An indication of our rates are outlined below:

• Single from 30 GBP per person per night
• Double from 25GBP to 45GBP per person/night
• New Year bookings are subject to a minimum 4 nights stay
• Rugby events subject to a minimum 2 night stay
• Group Bookings are welcome and subject to minimum 2 night stay

Special rates are available for children of all ages. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and charges.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and changes will be charged the first night . If the cancellation is less than 1 weeks prior to arrival - 1 night amount will be deducted. Guests will be charged for the first nights stay if bookings are cancelled after the weeks notice period. Guests will still be charged for a “no show”.  Payment will be taken from their debit/credit card.
