All guests are required to pay their balance on arrival.
Upon making a booking, guests will be required to pay the full first nights stay as a deposit.
Granville Guesthouse operates a strict cancellation policy. All guests are required to give at least 1 week notice if they wish to cancel a booking. Guests will be charged for the first nights stay if bookings are cancelled after the week notice period.
Guests will still be charged for a “no show”. Payment will be taken from their debit/credit card.
On day of departure, all rooms must be vacated by 10.15am or guests will be charged another nights stay.
Keys must be returned on day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged for.
Guests may check-in after 12pm. If guests wish to check in at an earlier time, they can check-in, leave their luggage and return when the room is ready.
Guests that require to check in after 7 pm, please telephone and inform the guesthouse of your approximate arrival time.
Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for.
Guests that wish to bring an extra guest will require the permission of the guesthouse manager and will be charged the full tariff.
Granville Guesthouse operates a strict NO SMOKING policy. Any guests caught smoking in the guesthouse will be fined £50 and will be asked to leave immediately.
We do not accept cheques as payment, only cash and credit/debit cards
